Tuition and Fees
At IMU, we are dedicated to raising consciousness through education. Toward that goal, we have worked diligently to create the highest-quality education possible while keeping our tuition exceptionally low. As a non-profit university, the tuition and fees reflect the expenses incurred in offering courses.
Although we are on a track towards accreditation, we are unable to offer government-sponsored loans and tuition assistance until that track is completed. As a result, we have deliberately set our pricing lower than mainstream schools, making it possible for many to finance their education independently. In so doing, we hope to reach every student interested in studying with us. The good news is that when you graduate, you won’t be saddled with debt!
All 3-credit courses at the International Metaphysical University are priced at $425 per course.
Assuming a student is to complete 12 courses to achieve a Master’s degree, total cost of tuition is $5,100. This does not include the cost of books and supplies as required for individual courses.
These tuition prices are set for 2011. Students who choose to pay in full for their degree prior to taking their 4th course will receive a 10% discount on all courses in the degree (savings of $510).
These fees are subject to change at any time. A student may lock in these rates by paying in full at any time.
Refund Policy
When a student is entered into a course, they are given full access to all of the data therein. Given that most IMU instructors place their lectures into the course as audio files, students have the ability to download the entire body information up front. Therefore it is IMU policy not to offer refunds on any of our courses once a student is placed into the course and a log in is issued.

I want to study a masters program in IMU. I am a Bangladeshi student & have got a bachelor degree in science. Tell me the process get myself admitted in IMU.
Very nice post. I simply stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that I have truly enjoyed browsing your blog posts. In any case I’ll be subscribing in your feed and I’m hoping you write once more soon!
So are we allowed to pay for each course as we go then get our degree when all the course are completed? I just want to make sure I understand. Thank you for your time.
Hi Lamonte, yes, many of our students pay per course. The other option is to go on a payment plan. Many students prefer this as it keeps them on track both timewise and financially. We have payment plans that are as low as $139 a month I believe. Obviously its more than that if you want to move faster but the good news is that when you’re finished with your degree, you’re also finished paying for your degree. With so many students coming out of college with these huge debts that they pay for over the next 20 or 30 years, you can see what a great benefit this is.
Would you like us to contact you to discuss the options?
