Can Childhood Sexual Abuse Be a Blessing in Disguise?
This article represents the essence of true healing. It is worthy of reading and worthy of spreading. I hope you learn something that changes your whole life by reading it.
Blessings in Disguise
By Anonymous
Legend has it that a notorious outlaw once roamed the Northern plains of Tibet whose crimes included robbery, rape, and murder. His reputation spread far and wide, instilling fear in all who crossed the Tibetan Plateau. This fierce and fearless bandit thought nothing of assailing groups of travelers and taking and raping whatever and whoever he liked.
Then, one day, he came upon a caravan that included a beautiful, spiritual woman who was the consort of a revered guru. This particular guru was known for his ability to manifest to those he met in a form that would most benefit them according to their personal needs.
Apparently, the woman also had this unusual, yet powerful gift. Seeing her beauty, the bandit kidnapped and raped this devoted woman several times. Yet shortly afterward, the bandit renounced his life of violence and took up the path of a wandering monk. Over the years, he became a great healer and some say even a saint. He lived in service to all he met.
When the man was old and on his death bed, someone asked him what had changed him all those years ago. He grew quiet for a moment and thought back to the rape, remembering how the woman had looked at him with such tenderness and understanding. He leaned back on his bed, closed his eyes for the last time and answered, “It was her absolute compassion that changed me.”
When I first heard of this legend many years ago, its message spoke directly to my soul. As a war child who carried a legacy of tremendous abuse and violence, I knew the story had something to teach me about the curative power of compassion.
The daughter of a U.S. soldier who took a Vietnamese woman as his wife, I am one of 25,000 Amerasian children born as a direct result of this country’s involvement in the Vietnam War. My mother and I immigrated to this country when I was eight months old.
The year was 1974. The war was nearing an end, and my father dropped us off in Long Beach, California. Then he left to fulfill his tour of duty. My mother had no money, no family, no way of going home, and a new babe in her arms. With little more than a third-grade education, she worked seven nights a week to support us.
I will never forget the excitement I felt years later when Mother announced she had hired a woman named Gloria to take care of me. As a child so often left alone to fend for myself, a babysitter sounded like a guardian angel in the flesh – a gift, pure and simple. Nothing could have prepared me for what would actually come my way.
My world suddenly turned dirty and terrifying. For the next three years – at the hands of my caretaker Gloria – I became the victim of daily sexual perversion and brutality. I had no power over my own body, felt no feelings save anger, and endured a near-fatal wounding of my soul. My pain and ignorance made self-destruction and abuse seem normal, even intriguing at times.
Gloria made it so easy – I was the center of her universe and, in truth, she was the center of mine. I wanted love, even if I had to pay the devil in secrets. My head swirled with contradictory feelings as love became entwined with feeling bad, dirty, and shameful. I learned to leave my body during those twisted nights; it was the only way to survive.
By the time I entered puberty, rape, violence, and seduction were the ordinary components of intimacy. At fourteen, I followed the siren call of love again. I went with John, an eighteen-year-old crush, to his house and was violently raped. Why would I, a victim of long-term sexual abuse, enter such a dangerous situation? Perhaps I was destructively repeating the pattern Gloria had started.
I only remember being excited to be going home with John, hoping like any naïve fourteen-year-old to hold his hand or be kissed. I had no idea that sexual terror came in the shape of men as well as women. Now that I saw good reason to be afraid of everybody, regardless of gender, I instead became afraid of no one and nothing. Disassociation had helped me get through the first traumatic abuse with Gloria, and now it worked again – ultimately leading me to feel nothing at all, not during the rape, and not after. Not for a long, long time.
I handled major traumas like sexual abuse, being chased by a gang member with a gun, or watching my neighborhood go up in flames when the Rodney King verdict sparked the L.A. riots with surprising ease. No one could hurt me; I could walk away from any person or situation and feel nothing. In fact, I became the hunter.
I was attractive and men were everywhere. If a man had money, respect, and an impressive pedigree – all of which I lacked and believed would keep me safe – he became my prey. A few times, I felt something I thought of as love, but not for long. Sex, money, alcohol, and lies always tied me up into a suicidal knot of loneliness and despair. No matter who or how much I got, I was never satisfied.
During those years of numbness, I saw my life in terms of absolutes: situations were always either good or bad. I now understand that life isn’t really that way. Most moments generally contain a little of both.
Even when I look back at some of my worst experiences, I can see beauty, love – even innocence. The universe had been blessing me all along. Some blessings were obvious, like summers spent with my sister Diana and her family, or Mother bringing home our first puppy. Even my brother Tim brought an unexpected gift when he led me to believe that meditation could give me the power to levitate. In a funny way, he turned out to be right.
I started to meditate, and slowly my spirit began to lift. I did not see flashing lights, but I did feel moments of pure joy, a flicker of hope that life could be different. I had a new secret, only this was a good one. Little by little, the heavy rock of shame I carried inside me began to dissolve.
Then, at the age of nineteen, I met a wise and gentle woman. We talked for hours about my life and my suffering. She told me of a Tibetan prophecy that predicted a dark age of chaos, suffering, and ignorance. The prophecy stated that out of this darkness, an equal amount of light would come into the world in the form of healers.
“Such a healer is a Bodhisattva,” she said, “one who lives for the benefit of all other beings.” Her words were like a lightning strike to my soul. Could this painful journey of mine have been a part of my spiritual path all along? Could my suffering be somehow linked with the spiritual development of all sentient beings? Did my sufferings contribute in some way to the evolution of the planet?
I couldn’t decide what to believe, but her words offered me a new way of seeing my life. I opened to the possibility that my suffering could actually be a gift, that the harshness of the journey was proportional to the learning I could gain, and that my greatest tormentors were also my greatest teachers. And in this I found forgiveness – both for them and for my own transgressions.
Not only did this perspective help me accept and understand my past, it opened a path to an unforeseen future. Like the bandit on the plains of Tibet, my life took a deep banking turn toward a life of healing and service.
My first lesson was to realize that my tendency to be judgmental, impatient, and angry only perpetuated my suffering and sent a ripple effect of suffering into the lives of those around me. Understanding this, I made my personal healing a top priority, eventually gifting myself and others who were thus freed from the burden of my unhappiness.
Healing came full circle when I realized this essential truth: suffering does not belong to me alone, and any healing forged in me is a healing for the whole.
Mindfulness practice has been a great resource in my healing. When the mind and senses become still, our body-being has a chance to come into harmony with nature as the essential self emerges.
The embodiment of this quality can clearly be seen in the beautiful woman who met the bandit’s savagery with compassion. Her behavior suggests a full realization of Buddhism’s basic teaching: suffering exists when we attempt to secure our relationship with the “world out there” instead of with the “world inside here.”
According to this teaching, when we relinquish attachment to body, mind, and emotions, we lose the fear of death and thus transcend the primary cause of suffering and pain. Mindfulness practice reveals the essential emptiness beneath emotions, and the impermanence of mental constructs and concepts. Freedom from misery follows, as our higher nature – blooming with compassion for the human condition – begins to flower.
Healing is, in a very real sense, a second birth, an awakening in which we engage consciously by going after the truth that sets us free. When I began to see my early traumas as the path of a healer in the making, a second life began. When we re-conceive suffering as the potent contractions of the soul giving birth to a spiritual path and higher purpose, pain becomes a guide – a signal alerting us to what needs attention.
If we don’t listen to pain for what it’s telling us, we run the risk of going numb and distracting ourselves in any of the myriad ways readily available. In The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle writes, “…it is easier to wake up from a nightmare than an ordinary dream.”
In other words, extreme suffering provides an alarm that can awaken us from the nightmarish state in which we are separate from God. What we awaken to is a deep reservoir of wholeness that stretches far beyond what we normally see as ourselves. To realize that fullness, we need to let go of many notions and convictions, to literally die to our old concept of who we are. The fire of our suffering can actually help us to burn through to this deeper discovery.
Likewise, the fire of desire and the deep pleasure of sex can draw us closer to the present moment where old wounds can be released. Years of mindfulness practice taught me how to stay present and breathe through whatever arose on the meditation pillow – be it excruciating knee pain, extreme boredom, or angry frustration. In time, I brought this same mindfulness to lovemaking. Sex became a meditation.
In so many ways, this practice is what finally brought me home to my body and to a healed sexual life, closing the gap in self-connection that disassociative processes had carved. I no longer had to abandon my own pleasure to an old reactive pattern. Breathing my way through it all, I discovered that awareness heals.
I had always paid a price for my disconnection. Or as I see it now, I did not really pay any price but was repeatedly and lovingly reminded that I could not be free of sexual suffering, of any suffering, by trying to escape it. I would need to accept and integrate my sexual self in full, all of it – the pain, the learning, the Gloria, and the glory.
For more than a decade I struggled with health complications all centered in my sexual and reproductive organs. As I moved toward greater compassion and gratitude for all my lovers, even the Glorias, I found my medical symptoms disappearing as if by magic. One after another I let go of my painful experiences, of the anger and guilt, of proclaiming myself Victim or Perpetrator. When I stopped coupling alcohol, even one glass of wine, with sex, I stopped getting the yeast infections that had plagued my relationships.
Since then my single purpose in sexual relationship has been to unite spirit with body, to find pleasure in consciousness and consciousness in pleasure. I no longer have to abandon my sexual response or my sexual health to the old reactive patterns of seduction, fear, power, and control, of juggling who would be hunter and who hunted. Breathing my way through it all, I could love and be loved in safety, feeling ecstasy and ultimate surrender with my eyes wide open.
Over the years, sexual suffering has come to me in many forms. I’ve been sexually attacked by women and men, humans and microorganisms, family, strangers, myself, and my own body. I now see that each of these has been a spiritual signpost saying, “turn here; look here; walk here.”
Suffering powerfully points us toward God by challenging us to open and stay open – to override the impulse to shut down. Vital to the healing process is an attitude of acceptance and surrender.
Indeed, suffering itself is often a clear signal that we have shut down with blame, self-condemnation, and guilt – popular detours thoroughly modeled on daytime television. When we understand this signal and trust enough to let go and open to the experience of the moment again, then we can truly begin to face the actual in-the-moment pain. This is when we begin to heal.
This, then, is the great gift that suffering offers us: a challenge to dig deeply, to find within us an untouchable state of well-being, a place of wholeness and joy that exists independent of changing circumstances and the actions of others. This is what I call using suffering to know God. Suffering has a way of pointing us Home and inviting us to let go and discover the grace and wholeness underlying it all. Seeing this again and again builds faith, a deeply lived faith that embraces fully the process of life.
Rather than shutting down and disassociating in situations that are difficult, I now subtly move toward the mystical abyss of surrender and letting go. And with that movement, I feel ever more connected to God and to Truth.
As Rumi said, “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” Even the most painful experience can be transformed into understanding with the eyes of compassion. Once we learn to see through the disguise of our suffering, we delight in the realization that only angels surround us.

Healing Cancer: A free summit by Natural News
I think this is the greatest thing since sliced bread. The good folks over at Natural News are offering (for a limited time) a free “summit” on how to heal cancer naturally. The program offers you information from some of the top experts in the field regarding how to heal cancer using natural techniques and also how to stay out of the cancer zone.
This information is invaluable and I’m amazed that they are offering it for free. Even more incredible, they don’t even require you to give them your name and address, they aren’t spamming you to death, and from what I can see, they don’t even try to sell you a ton of stuff as a follow up (though I haven’t listened yet and it could still be the case.)
Listen to the Natural Healing Summit entitled, “New Cancer Solutions” today. It just might save your life.

One Can of Sugar-laced Soda Per Day Increases Diabetes Risk by 22 Percent!
(NaturalNews) Drinking a can of sugar-laced soda a day will raise your risk of developing diabetes by 22 percent! According to a new study out today evidence suggests that just one 12-ounce serving of a sugar-sweetened beverage can significantly raise the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
What’s interesting about this this is that since most of the research on the evil effects of soda has been done on people in the US, researches at the Imperial College of London set up to seek a link between soda consumption and type 2 diabetes in Europeans as well.
The British researchers used 15 years of data compiled from over 27,000 people from seven European countries. Over that 15-year period, more than 40 percent of those people developed type 2 diabetes and those who said they consumed at least one soda or similar sweet drink showed an 18 percent higher risk of developing the disease! When they took out factors such as weight and body mass index, the risk rose to 22 percent!
Coincidentally, these findings were right in line with the US studies showing a 25 percent percent increased risk of type 2 diabetes when consuming one soda per day. When the researchers looked at the diet soda drinkers in the group, they noticed something quite striking. When they factored in body weight and exercise, they healthy weight people in the group who drank diet soda were no more likely to develop type 2 diabetes than non-soda drinkers. This basically proves that you are at least 22 percent more likely to develop diabetes if you drink a can of soda each day. Scary stuff!
How can just one little soda do so much damage?
Sweetened drinks are the largest contributor to empty calories and processed sugar in both the American and European diets according to the Center for Science in the Public Interest. The sweeteners in these drinks along with artificial colors, flavors and phosphoric acid all have negative effects on the human body.
What about other sweet drinks like fruit juice?
Fruit juice consumption was not linked to diabetes incidence. In fact, natural drinks with sugars and flavors occurring naturally such as organic fruit juices have shown no evidence of increased risk of diabetes in otherwise healthy people. Patrick Wolfe, a statistics expert from University College London who was not involved in the research, said the message from its results was clear.
“The bottom line is that sugary soft drinks are not good for you – they have no nutritional value and there is evidence that drinking them every day can increase your relative risk for type 2 diabetes,” he said in an emailed comment.
Clearly the proven negative effects of soda should be enough to scare you into reconsidering taking a sip of the potentially lethal surgery poison drink.

The Healing Power of the Human Heart
A Hathor Planetary Message through Tom Kenyon
This Hathor Message is pure sound.
In other words, there are no words in this Hathor Planetary Message. It is pure Hathorian sound.
The Hathors’ primary mode of communication and method for imparting transformational information has always been through their catalytic sound work. These pure sound-forms activate non-ordinary states of body and mind that we can use to access the multi-dimensional realities of our existence.
That, in a nutshell, is why their sounds are so potent.
Directly experiencing our multi-dimensional nature is not only freeing to the mind and heart, it can rapidly impart new insights, heighten creativity and inspire spiritual courage.
You can find a direct link to this sound meditation at the bottom of this page. You can also find a link to this sound meditation in the Listening section of our website (www.tomkenyon.com).
This particular “sound message” was recorded live during a one-day Hathor Intensive that took place in Istanbul on April 13, 2013. During this sound meditation our focus was in the heart chakra, and I was surprised to sense that the sounds were emanating into many underground passages that stretched underneath the vast city of Istanbul. It was my clear sense that these sounds were being broadcast from Istanbul to the rest of the world, due to both the geographical location of this ancient city and its unique energetic qualities, which bridge both Europe and Asia.
At one point during the sound meditation, I had the strong psychic impression that I was being greeted by a host of Earth Protectors who resided in the underground passages. Every one of them, without exception, informed me that the world was about to undergo a radical transformation. What they meant by this exactly was not made clear to me, but the changes will be very disruptive to our human way of life.
My feeling from these ancient beings was that humanity must face and transform its unresolved emotional wounding if it is to survive the passage into higher dimensionality.
Thus, the purpose of this meditation is to integrate aspects of yourself that you have shunned or disowned. In psychology, this type of emotional displacement is called the shadow, and un-owned shadow material can contaminate our inner life as well as our outward actions in the world.
The Hathors are adamant that we need to transform our own shadow material, both individually and collectively, as we move upward in consciousness. They also contend that our collective shadow is being acted out at an alarming rate, and in ways that threaten not only human survival, but the survival of other life forms on this planet as well.
In spite of the precarious position that humanity is now facing, the Hathors believe that the human heart (i.e., the heart chakra) has an innate ability to heal and transform our individual emotional lives no matter how difficult our past history and emotional traumas may have been. Not only this, but they are of the opinion that healing our emotional lives has a subtle yet far-reaching affect on the collective heart (i.e., our collective emotional tone) as well, which can and does affect our collective destiny.
I have listened to the recording of this sound meditation several times, and I experience a healing response in my heart chakra every time. The Hathors have asked me to post this on the website as soon as possible. And this is a sign, I think, of just how urgent and dire the Hathors consider our current situation to be.
Listening Suggestions
1) One way of listening to this sound meditation is to simply focus your attention in the area of your heart chakra, which is located in the center of your chest behind the sternum. Just keep your mental focus in this area and listen to the sounds. When your mind wanders, bring it back to your heart chakra and the sound patterns.
2) Another way of listening to this sound meditation is to imagine that a small version of you is inside your heart chakra. This shift in self-identity will create a more powerful effect for some people. Depending upon what you are dealing with, you might find your self-image inside the heart chakra standing, sitting or lying down. In some instances when you feel highly vulnerable, you might find yourself curled up in a fetal position in your heart chakra. Just keep the focus of your attention on this sense of you that is inside your heart chakra, in whatever forms it may take. Don’t be surprised if the form inside your heart changes as you move through different types of emotional material.
3) Some people will find it more powerful to breathe into their heart chakra when listening to the sounds. If you work with this method, sigh into your exhales, and let the sighs come out from your heart chakra. In other words, make an audible sigh with each exhale.
A more advanced form of this method is to allow yourself to feel the movement of energy that emanates from your heart chakra as you sigh into each exhale and to follow this movement of energy with your awareness as the energy from your heart chakra circulates throughout your entire body.
My personal suggestion is to try all three methods and choose the one(s) that work best for you. You might also find it helpful to have a notebook to write down your impressions, feelings, images and insights right after you complete a listening session. This is because the state of consciousness generated by this sound piece can generate a type of waking-dream, and like dreams they can sometimes impart significant insights, but also like dreams, they are fleeting in nature and easily forgotten.
I think of this sound meditation as a type of archaeological tool. You can use it to uncover hidden passages in your heart and to retrieve treasures of consciousness that have been obscured to your sight. And you can, just as importantly, bring to the light of your conscious awareness “things” that have been hidden by the darkness of unconsciousness.
You undertake this task for yourself. But the benefits of freeing yourself from emotional imprisonment and constraint can, and will, benefit your fellow human beings and all life as well.

Information Unrelated to this Message
For those of you who have studied with me in the past, and for those of you contemplating working with me in the future, I thought it might be a good idea to let you know my intentions around workshops. Beginning next year, I am changing my way of doing the Work, and there will be fewer and fewer opportunities to be in the live sound-fields that are a crucial part of my seminars.
The live sound-fields that I create during workshops are fields of subtle energy that are generated when I access other dimensions of consciousness. While recordings of these sounds certainly capture some of the energetics that are released when I channel other dimensional worlds, the full impact of these energy-fields can only be experienced in the moment when I am actually channeling the sounds and in the space where it is occurring.
There are only three workshops scheduled in the U.S. this year.
The Leviathan, will be held in the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre at Symphony Space on Broadway in New York City on May 25th. In the course of this one-day event, I will take us through many sound journeys using numerous mystical traditions as a springboard into the mystery of the transcendent Self. This event promises to be a truly life changing experience due to the juxtaposition of so many sound journeys. You can read more about this event in the Calendar on our website.
You can buy tickets online from Symphony Space by using this link:
http://www.symphonyspace.org/event/7871-the-leviathan-a-sound-journey-with-tom-kenyon
You may also reach the Symphony Space box office at 212-864-5400, Tues – Sun from 1 PM until 6 PM. All online ticket purchases are subject to a per-ticket fee of $2.75, in addition to a $3.00 handling fee. Symphony Space takes American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable from either Symphony Space or from Tom Kenyon. Symphony Space sells tickets online only or at their box office. We do not register for this event in our office.
Note: This is the only event on the East Coast this year, and I am not sure if, and when, I will return to this area for another event.
In addition, to the New York event, there will be two three-day workshops in the Pacific Northwest area in October.
On October 4th -6th I will lead a Shamanic Buddhist Retreat on Orcas Island, called Entering the Mandala. And on October 25th – 27th I will teach The Art of Egyptian High Alchemy in Seattle, Washington. You can read further information about these unique events in the Calendar section of our website (www.tomkenyon.com).
If you wish to immerse yourself in the live sound fields that I create during public workshops, I encourage you to consider attending one of these events.
Note from Judi: Tom is not saying he is not going to teach anymore, but he is making it clear that he will teach less and less, which means there will be fewer opportunities to be in the live sound field of his voice, and there is nothing in the world like being in the live sound field of his voice. No CD can ever capture that. So if you’ve always wanted to hear Tom live, I would move mountains to attend one of these events. The live sound field is the most transformative, healing experience I’ve ever had. Hands down. It’s life changing!

Soul Loss and Soul Retrieval with Richard Sutphen

by IMU Professor Richard Sutphen
Richard (Dick) Sutphen is perhaps the premier hypnotist on the planet, having written many books and published hundreds of CDs on the topic. Richard has been in the industry as a heavy hitter since the 1970′s and was a pioneer in bringing the power of hypnosis out of the shadows and into the light. He teaches hypnosis 1 and hypnosis 2 certification courses here at the International Metaphysical University.
Soul Retrieval is very much on my mind, because I just finished conducting a 5-Day Professional Hypnotist Training in Sedona, AZ. One of segments was on Soul Loss & Soul Retrieval. I shared some of the following information with my students and most responded with, “What?”
They’re not alone. Just when I feel I have retrieval fully understood, I run into a new twist, such as the revelations of Dr. Millett described below.
Parts of your soul can “split off” or “fragment” and go to other realms so that your physical body can survive a trauma or loss. With a fragment of your soul gone, you can suffer a physical, psychological, or spiritual loss of power.
The idea of Soul Retrieval is to make contact with a lost fragment and reintroduce it to your soul so your totality can heal and thrive. According to Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., Shamen see these lost soul parts as beings that we can engage . . . and speak to . . . and heal . . . and rescue.
Soul loss can occur as a result of trauma. When a child is abused or traumatized, a fragment of the child’s soul breaks off and returns to the archetypical domain of the Great Mother for protection her real mother cannot provide. Adult sexual assault can also generate soul loss. Even a bitter divorce can cause this loss according to some therapists. A surgery, or an auto accident can also be a cause. Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome may simply be soul loss.
Jill Kuykendall, RPT, says, “Soul loss is a life-coping mechanism in which the dissociated soul parts leave, carrying the burden of the pain, shock, or extreme emotion, or the memory of the trauma, which may be simply unbearable to the sufferer at the time it occurs.
“Symptoms of soul loss frequently manifest as feelings of being fragmented, of not being all there; blocked memory or not being able to remember parts of one’s life; a sudden onset of apathy or listlessness, or a lack of joy in life; the inability to feel love for others or receive love from another, often resulting in the sense of being emotionally flat-lined. The loss of these parts of the self manifests frequently as despair, as suicidal tendencies and/or addictions, or most often–depression.”
Those experiencing soul loss may sleep a lot, or feel that they’re “not all there.”
But each fragment always maintains a connection with the soul via a thread—a fiber of the silver cord that attaches your soul to your body. Because this connection exists, it makes retrieval possible.
Dr. Michael G. Millett adds another dimension to this concept: He claims soul fragments, if not retrieved, can continue to be connected to each other by the silver threads, even after the physical death of the soul they originally shared.
“A fragment can separate and follow the person like a balloon on a string,” says Millett. “It can remain in some distant location or structure, it can also attach to another living person. A fragment of the mind of a living person can be attached to one or more other living persons. The condition of fragmentation is not healed by death of the fragmented person. The newly deceased spirit, the discarnate entity, is also fragmented. This fragmented entity can then attach to still another living person. Thus a discarnate entity can be attached to two or more living individuals.
“Another aspect of this situation provides an interesting twist to the classic condition of spirit possession in which a living person is considered to be influenced by the spirit of a deceased person. If the living mind fragment remains connected to the spirit of the newly deceased person, then a deceased spirit is being possessed by the mind of a living person.”
And if this doesn’t complicate the understanding, “the traumatic incident which originally caused fragmentation might be located in another space, time or lifetime,” according to Millett. He also claims fragments can literally be “floating free” although the soul-loss incident occurred in another era.
Thus, a child could be born with a condition in which a free-floating fragment, prior to birth, attaches and becomes an influence to a child. For those of us accepting karma as the basis of reality, this would have to be a karmic situation.
Or, in theory, one of these fragments could attach to an adult who is causing holes to appear in their aura through excessive anger, hatred, or use of alcohol or drugs.
Following is a script, to be used as a general guideline. You will have to be creative when working with Soul Retrieval. A good understanding of the mystical and paranormal will certainly be of value.

SOUL RETRIEVAL SCRIPT |
|
SOUL RETRIEVAL SCRIPT: Instructions for hypnotherapists are in (“quotes”) (“Chakra Balancing Hypnotic Induction, followed by moving client(s) into Higher-Self and making contact with their Spirit Guide, Guardian Angel, Master teachers and those they once loved in life, but are now in Spirit.”)
Those who love, teach and guide you are now here to assist us in obtaining awareness. And I’d like you to begin this exploration by looking back over your life. Can you recall any traumas that may have resulted in soul loss? Think back, and know that those in Spirit will be helping you to remember. Be aware of all thoughts, feelings or visualizations. When you locate something, speak up and tell me.
All right, remember all you’re perceiving, but it’s now time for you to use your inner-eyes to scan your body in search for any missing fragments. And I’m asking those in spirit to assist. Watch for any shadowy areas or empty places. If you find anything speak up and let me know.
If you are noting traumas or what appear to be missing portions of your totality, remember them. But it is now time to regress back in time to the original wounding. If you have suffered more than one trauma, you will now explore the primary missing fragment. So imagine yourself in a tunnel leading back into your past. I will count from five to one as you move through the tunnel … back in time … back to the event that caused your soul loss.
Number five, you’re letting go and beginning to move back in time. Allow it to happen. Feel it happening. See yourself moving through the tunnel back into the past. Number four, moving back to the event that caused your soul loss. Number three, you’re moving through the tunnel toward a light way down at the end. Number two, on the next count you will step out of the end of the tunnel and you will perceive as an observer, without pain or emotion, what happened to cause your soul loss. Number one, you’re now there. Step out of the tunnel and allow the impressions to begin to come in. ///// Are you outdoors or indoors?
(“Begin questioning what happened and when it happened as you would in Past-Life Regression. Keep in mind; your client may now be in his present life or a past life. Once you have discovered everything you can about the situation, bring your client back into Higher-Self.”)
On the count of three you’ll be back in the present remembering everything you just experienced.
(“If your client is resistant to what they experienced, you may have to regress them back to what they did in a prior incarnation that set this conflict into play. Once they accept they acted in a way that generated a reaction, they will be more likely to accept the justice of the situation. Upon returning to Higher Self you will want to obtain a “karmic overview.” If the soul loss took place in a past life, you will want to find out if any of those who played a role in the soul loss are playing roles in your client’s life today. We tend to reincarnate over and over with the same people until we resolve our issues.”)
All right, it’s now time to seek out your missing soul fragment. We all have a silver cord that connects our body to our soul … and even when a fragment of your soul breaks off to seek shelter elsewhere, it remains attached to your soul by fibers–silver threads of the cord. / / / / So all you have to do to find your missing fragment, is to follow the threads into the spiritual dimensions until you reach this part of your totality.
So go ahead now. Perceive your silver cord. / / / / / / / / / and if you look closely, you’ll notice that there are fibrous silver threads leading away from your main cord. / / / / / And it’s time to begin following the threads. Those who love, teach and guide you will accompany you on this search.
When you find your missing soul fragment, speak up and tell me what is happening.
(“Respond appropriately.”)
It is now time to communicate with your fragment. Express your sincere desire to have it rejoin the whole. Address all of its concerns. Find out what would have to happen for it to feel secure enough to return.
(“NOTE: As the hypnotherapist, you will most likely get involved in the dialoging and helping to provide assurances to the fragment.”)
If the fragment is willing to rejoin your soul, embrace each other and allow this merger to take place.
(“NOTE: Guide this process, which can be lengthy and emotional.”)
And it is now time to return to Higher Self with your fragment having rejoined your soul. On the count of three you’ll be back in Higher-Self feeling relaxed and at ease, and fully integrated for the first time in a long time. Number one, number two, number three.
(“Dialogue with your client who is still in trance. Do some intense “forgiveness processing.” To fully release the past, they will need to forgive themselves and all the others involved in the soul-loss traumas. Provide a releasing mantra. Awaken your client with positive suggestions to the effect that they are fully integrated, etc.”)
(“NOTE: Once your client has recovered their soul fragment, they will want to nurture that part of themselves. If the fragment splintered off when your client was a child, the child won’t immediately grow up. Explain this.”)
(“NOTE: If your client has several missing fragments, you’ll have to deal with them one at a time, just as you would work with one past life at a time.”)

Science Proves Human DNA is a Biological Internet
Once again science comes along to prove what we in the metaphysical community have been saying for years! This is very much the reason we offer an entire degree in consciousness studies here at the International Metaphysical University.
By Grazyna Fosar and Franz Bludorf
THE HUMAN DNA IS A BIOLOGICAL INTERNET and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.
Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.
The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. [For the sake of brevity I will give only a summary here. For further exploration please refer to the appendix at the end of this article.] The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.
One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used.
This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.
Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. ?So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA. This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation! All this by simply applying vibration and language instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure! This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.
Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and maturity in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA. The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the correct frequency.
But the higher developed an individual’s consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of device! One can achieve these results by oneself, and science will finally stop to laugh at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. And it doesn’t end there.?The Russian scientists also found out that our DNA can cause disturbing patterns in the vacuum, thus producing magnetized wormholes! Wormholes are the microscopic equivalents of the so-called Einstein-Rosen bridges in the vicinity of black holes (left by burned-out stars).? These are tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of hyper communication is most effective in a state of relaxation. Stress, worries or a hyperactive intellect prevent successful hyper communication or the information will be totally distorted and useless.
In nature, hyper communication has been successfully applied for millions of years. The organized flow of life in insect states proves this dramatically. Modern man knows it only on a much more subtle level as “intuition.” But we, too, can regain full use of it. An example from Nature: When a queen ant is spatially separated from her colony, building still continues fervently and according to plan. If the queen is killed, however, all work in the colony stops. No ant knows what to do. Apparently the queen sends the “building plans” also from far away via the group consciousness of her subjects. She can be as far away as she wants, as long as she is alive. In man hyper communication is most often encountered when one suddenly gains access to information that is outside one’s knowledge base. Such hyper communication is then experienced as inspiration or intuition. The Italian composer Giuseppe Tartini for instance dreamt one night that a devil sat at his bedside playing the violin. The next morning Tartini was able to note down the piece exactly from memory, he called it the Devil’s Trill Sonata.
For years, a 42-year old male nurse dreamt of a situation in which he was hooked up to a kind of knowledge CD-ROM. Verifiable knowledge from all imaginable fields was then transmitted to him that he was able to recall in the morning. There was such a flood of information that it seemed a whole encyclopedia was transmitted at night. The majority of facts were outside his personal knowledge base and reached technical details about which he knew absolutely nothing.
When hyper communication occurs, one can observe in the DNA as well as in the human being special phenomena. The Russian scientists irradiated DNA samples with laser light. On screen a typical wave pattern was formed. When they removed the DNA sample, the wave pattern did not disappear, it remained. Many control experiments showed that the pattern still came from the removed sample, whose energy field apparently remained by itself. This effect is now called phantom DNA effect. It is surmised that energy from outside of space and time still flows through the activated wormholes after the DNA was removed. The side effect encountered most often in hyper communication also in human beings are inexplicable electromagnetic fields in the vicinity of the persons concerned. Electronic devices like CD players and the like can be irritated and cease to function for hours. When the electromagnetic field slowly dissipates, the devices function normally again. Many healers and psychics know this effect from their work. The better the atmosphere and the energy, the more frustrating it is that the recording device stops functioning and recording exactly at that moment. And repeated switching on and off after the session does not restore function yet, but next morning all is back to normal. Perhaps this is reassuring to read for many, as it has nothing to do with them being technically inept, it means they are good at hyper communication.
In their book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” (Networked Intelligence), Grazyna Gosar and Franz Bludorf explain these connections precisely and clearly. The authors also quote sources presuming that in earlier times humanity had been, just like the animals, very strongly connected to the group consciousness and acted as a group. To develop and experience individuality we humans however had to forget hyper communication almost completely. Now that we are fairly stable in our individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness, namely one, in which we attain access to all information via our DNA without being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that information. We now know that just as on the internet our DNA can feed its proper data into the network, can call up data from the network and can establish contact with other participants in the network. Remote healing, telepathy or “remote sensing” about the state of relatives etc.. can thus be explained. Some animals know also from afar when their owners plan to return home. That can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hyper communication. Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality. Otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated.
Hyper communication in the new millennium means something quite different: Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! AND humanity is collectively moving toward such a group consciousness of the new kind. Fifty percent of today’s children will be problem children as soon as the go to school. The system lumps everyone together and demands adjustment. But the individuality of today’s children is so strong that that they refuse this adjustment and giving up their idiosyncrasies in the most diverse ways.
At the same time more and more clairvoyant children are born [see the book “China’s Indigo Children”by Paul Dong or the chapter about Indigos in my book “Nutze die taeglichen Wunder”(Make Use of the Daily Wonders)]. Something in those children is striving more and more towards the group consciousness of the new kind, and it will no longer be suppressed. As a rule, weather for example is rather difficult to influence by a single individual. But it may be influenced by a group consciousness (nothing new to some tribes doing it in their rain dances). Weather is strongly influenced by Earth resonance frequencies, the so-called Schumann frequencies. But those same frequencies are also produced in our brains, and when many people synchronize their thinking or individuals (spiritual masters, for instance) focus their thoughts in a laser-like fashion, then it is scientifically speaking not at all surprising if they can thus influence weather.
Researchers in group consciousness have formulated the theory of Type I civilizations. A humanity that developed a group consciousness of the new kind would have neither environmental problems nor scarcity of energy. For if it were to use its mental power as a unified civilization, it would have control of the energies of its home planet as a natural consequence. And that includes all natural catastrophes!!! A theoretical Type II civilization would even be able to control all energies of their home galaxy. In my book “Nutze die taeglichen Wunder,” I have described an example of this: Whenever a great many people focus their attention or consciousness on something similar like Christmas time, football world championship or the funeral of Lady Diana in England then certain random number generators in computers start to deliver ordered numbers instead of the random ones. An ordered group consciousness creates order in its whole surroundings!
When a great number of people get together very closely, potentials of violence also dissolve. It looks as if here, too, a kind of humanitarian consciousness of all humanity is created.(The Global Consciousness Project)
To come back to the DNA: It apparently is also an organic superconductor that can work at normal body temperature. Artificial superconductors require extremely low temperatures of between 200 and 140°C to function. As one recently learned, all superconductors are able to store light and thus information. This is a further explanation of how the DNA can store information. There is another phenomenon linked to DNA and wormholes. Normally, these supersmall wormholes are highly unstable and are maintained only for the tiniest fractions of a second. Under certain conditions stable wormholes can organize themselves which then form distinctive vacuum domains in which for example gravity can transform into electricity.
Vacuum domains are self-radiant balls of ionized gas that contain considerable amounts of energy. There are regions in Russia where such radiant balls appear very often. Following the ensuing confusion the Russians started massive research programs leading finally to some of the discoveries mentions above. Many people know vacuum domains as shiny balls in the sky. The attentive look at them in wonder and ask themselves, what they could be. I thought once: “Hello up there. If you happen to be a UFO, fly in a triangle.” And suddenly, the light balls moved in a triangle. Or they shot across the sky like ice hockey pucks. They accelerated from zero to crazy speeds while sliding gently across the sky. One is left gawking and I have, as many others, too, thought them to be UFOs. Friendly ones, apparently, as they flew in triangles just to please me. Now the Russians found in the regions, where vacuum domains appear often that sometimes fly as balls of light from the ground upwards into the sky, that these balls can be guided by thought. One has found out since that vacuum domains emit waves of low frequency as they are also produced in our brains.
And because of this similarity of waves they are able to react to our thoughts. To run excitedly into one that is on ground level might not be such a great idea, because those balls of light can contain immense energies and are able to mutate our genes. They can, they don’t necessarily have to, one has to say. For many spiritual teachers also produce such visible balls or columns of light in deep meditation or during energy work which trigger decidedly pleasant feelings and do not cause any harm. Apparently this is also dependent on some inner order and on the quality and provenance of the vacuum domain. There are some spiritual teachers (the young Englishman Ananda, for example) with whom nothing is seen at first, but when one tries to take a photograph while they sit and speak or meditate in hyper communication, one gets only a picture of a white cloud on a chair. In some Earth healing projects such light effects also appear on photographs. Simply put, these phenomena have to do with gravity and anti-gravity forces that are also exactly described in the book and with ever more stable wormholes and hyper communication and thus with energies from outside our time and space structure.
Earlier generations that got in contact with such hyper communication experiences and visible vacuum domains were convinced that an angel had appeared before them. And we cannot be too sure to what forms of consciousness we can get access when using hyper communication. Not having scientific proof for their actual existence (people having had such experiences do NOT all suffer from hallucinations) does not mean that there is no metaphysical background to it. We have simply made another giant step towards understanding our reality.
Official science also knows of gravity anomalies on Earth (that contribute to the formation of vacuum domains), but only of ones of below one percent. But recently gravity anomalies have been found of between three and four percent. One of these places is Rocca di Papa, south of Rome (exact location in the book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” plus several others). Round objects of all kinds, from balls to full buses, roll uphill. But the stretch in Rocca di Papa is rather short, and defying logic sceptics still flee to the theory of optical illusion (which it cannot be due to several features of the location).
