Course Description:

For many the word “shaman” calls to mind a spiritual healer steeped in secret knowledge and mysterious powers. But in the workshop, based on Sandra Ingerman’s book Shamanic Journeying: A Beginner’s Guide participants will directly experience the shamanic journey.

Using the shamanic journey to meet up with power animals, guardian spirits, teachers in human form and nature spirits we will explore altered states of awareness that can unlock answers to different personal questions, for healing help, and to mobilize energy for reaching goals in everyday life.

Participants will learn how to use the shamanic journey for insight, vision, and healing.
