John Van Auken is the revered Director at the Edgar Cayce organization, the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) in Virginia Beach, Virginia U.S.A. He has been associated with the ARE since the late 1960s. He writes three monthly newsletters, “Ancient Mysteries,” “Personal Spirituality,” and “Living in the Light,” and is the author of more than a dozen books. His expertise is in mysticism, particularly Egyptian and Christian mysticism, and teaching meditation—from kundalini to his unique “passage in consciousness” technique. I practice the techniques I teach and have become a leader of retreats, workshops, and tours. His topics include spirituality, reincarnation, ancient mystical concepts and practices, rejuvenation of the body, dream work, meditation, prophecy, mysticism, and Edgar Cayce concepts. CON 505 Kabbalah: The Enlightened Mind by John Van Auken

Understanding Kabbalah is like gaining an awareness of the unseen forces in life.
