Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund requests for our courses must be received via e-mail to [email protected] within seven (7) business days of the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued more than seven (7) business days after the date of purchase.
Course Cancellation Policy
IMU reserves the right to cancel courses if ever necessary. An IMU representative will notify students of cancellation via e-mail. Students will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course, or if the student desires, credit toward another course of equal or lesser value. IMU will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the course.
